Public Accountant

Duties Include:

• Compilation of client financial statements on a quarterly and year-end basis.

• Tax preparation for Corporate, Partnerships, and Individuals.

• Completion of various tax forms at the Federal, State, and County level.

• Managing and completing an array of complex work in A/P, A/R, Payroll reports and Sales Tax Reports. 

• Define, execute, and maintain client relations.  

• Tax research.

• Other duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting from an Accredited 4 year University.

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher 

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.

• Bilingual in English and  Some Spanish  

• Public Accounting experience 

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Accounting Software.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• One (1) years’ experience in public accounting.

Provide the following: 

• Resume in Word or PDF format, state both overall GPA and accounting GPA.  

• Provide Unofficial or official transcripts in PDF format.

• If you are a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), please attach a copy or PDF of your certificate.  

Compensation: 

• Compensation is based on experience and completion of assigned duties. 

• Range: 35,000 to 70,000 based on experience. 

• Bonus opportunities. 

Other information: 

• 8-hour shift, Monday – Friday, flexible schedule.  

• Office is in El Paso, Texas.
